WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS ON ALL NON-RX ORDERS

ORDER PROCESSING AND CHANGES

Orders placed before 12 noon PST will ship within 2 business days. If we have any issues with your order, we will notify you by email and/or phone to clear the issue and ship the order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to contact you regarding your order, we will hold your order until we hear from you or up to 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we will cancel your order.

If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of order placement to guarantee we’ll be able to fulfill your requests.

SHIPPING

Qyral is partnered with USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx to provide you with exceptional delivery service.

At times, DHL Ecommerce will carry your package to your city and then USPS will make the final delivery. Tracking updates will be provided via the original tracking link in your confirmation email.  Below is some additional information on shipping:

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipments may originate from more than 1 location (e.g. Rx products shipped from one location, non-Rx products from another)
  • $9.99 shipping charge
  • Ground service used with a transit time of 2-7 business days
  • We will deliver to PO Boxes and Forwarding Addresses

International Shipping

  • $14.99 shipping charge, FREE SHIPPING on all AutoShip Subscriptions
  • Air service used with a transit time of 5-12 business days
  • Shipping charge does not include any destination country duties, taxes, or customs charges.  These may be due in your destination country and you will be responsible for them outside of your purchase.

Maybe the formula is not quite right, or you think something is missing. We stand behind everything that we do and will reformulate your personalized products twice within each 6 week product cycle. Our goal is a personalized product just for you the way you like it, so if something is wrong, please email us at care@qyral.com and we’ll make it right.

All Return and Replacement shipping during the Return, Refund, or Reformulation of our products will be covered by Qyral.
