What medication(s) do the providers prescribe?

Qyral's healthcare providers will prescribe a compounded version of semaglutide. Depending on the state and region, our product may also include additional ingredients such as Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Creatine, BPC 157, Carnitine, or an equivalent, for added metabolic support.

What is semaglutide?

Semaglutide is an FDA-approved medication used in for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and for long-term weight management.

How does semaglutide work?

Semaglutide for weight loss works by decreasing your appetite and increasing feelings of fullness. It is a medication that mimics the activity of a hormone called GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) in your body. GLP-1 is normally released by your gut in response to food, and it helps to regulate your appetite and blood sugar levels.

Is this the same as brands like Ozempic and Wegovy?

At Qyral, we offer a compounded version of semaglutide with B12 (or equivalent), which is prescribed by our healthcare providers. It's important to note that our semaglutide is not associated with the Novo Nordisk company or the brand-name medications Wegovy or Ozempic. Our products are compounded in a pharmacy using only the highest quality ingredients.

Choosing our compounded medication over brand-name medications can result in significant cost savings, as brand-name medications can be expensive and cost thousands of dollars. Additionally, one of the benefits of compounded pharmaceuticals is that your healthcare provider can customize the dosage specifically to your individual needs. This personalized approach can lead to more effective treatment outcomes.

Is semaglutide good for weight loss?

Semaglutide has been shown to be effective for weight loss in clinical trials. Studies have shown that people taking semaglutide can lose significant amounts of weight, even up to 15% of their body weight. Everyone is different though, and the most successful patients also have a comprehensive weight loss plan that includes a healthy diet and exercise program, as well as regular monitoring by your Qyral healthcare provider.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

On average, patients who were not diagnosed with diabetes and were part of three 68-week clinical trials lost 15% of their body weight after a year of regular GLP-1 treatment that maintained a dose of 2.4 mg/week, in addition to following a reduced-calorie diet and engaging in increased physical activity.

Is semaglutide safe? What are the side effects?

Semaglutide is generally considered safe when used as directed and under the supervision of a healthcare provider. However, like any medication, it can have potential side effects. Some common side effects of semaglutide include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. These side effects are usually mild and go away over time. In rare cases, more serious side effects can occur, such as inflammation of the pancreas or kidney problems.

It is important to talk to your healthcare provider about any potential risks and benefits of taking semaglutide, and to report any side effects or concerns promptly.

How is semaglutide administered?

Semaglutide is FDA approved for weight loss in an injectable form. While directions of use may vary, it is typically administered as an injection once a week.

An alternative oral pill is also available that is taken once a week, however we currently do not offer the oral pill at this time.

How do I do an at-home injection? Where do I make the injection?

The injections will be in the abdomen or thigh areas. Please see the instructional materials and video links here:

How does my medication come packaged?

The Semaglutide package will come with a vial of the medication (that will last up to 12 weeks, depending on your state and the pharmacy that will service you), instructional materials (including weblinks for video content), insulin needles, and alcohol swabs. For more information, please visit the following link:

What is the dosage of my medication?

Your provider will review the specific dosage, and the Qyral weight loss program is meant to be easy to administer. The typical dosage is 5 units the first 4 weeks, 10 units the next 4 weeks, and 20 units the following 4 weeks.

Does the medication interact with other medications I am taking?

During your initial consultation with your healthcare provider, they will assess your health history and required lab work. Any questions you may have about medication interactions can be addressed during this time. It is important to talk to your healthcare provider about all the medications you are taking before starting semaglutide to ensure that it is safe and appropriate for you to use.

What if I am not approved for the medication?

Similar to a conventional clinic, payment for our telehealth service is for the time and attention of our healthcare providers during your appointment. It is important to note that payment does not guarantee the provision of a prescription medication. In cases where approval is not granted, our healthcare providers may suggest alternative treatments that could be appropriate for you.

If the Qyral-affiliated provider disqualifies you from purchasing the Qyral Semaglutide you will receive a refund less $50 for the Doctor Consultation that took place.

Who is eligible for the medication?

The Qyral weight loss program is open to all genders and has certain criteria that must be met. Specifically, you must:

How does the Qyral weight loss program work?

Qyral has developed a weight loss program that utilizes a user-friendly telehealth platform. The treatment process involves three simple steps.

1. Complete a medical survey online after creating your Qyral account.
2. Your Qyral-affiliated provider will review and prescribe, if approved.
3. Receive your medication from our mail-order pharmacy provider if deemed medically appropriate.

Our aim is to establish a long-term relationship between patient and provider, allowing for ongoing care tailored to each patient's specific needs. Therefore, the program is ideal for individuals seeking consistent long-term care.

Is there a long-term contract required for medication?

When you purchase the weight loss medication, you will receive a 90-day supply and will be billed monthly for the entire 3-month period. After 3 months, if you wish to continue taking the medication, you will receive another 90-day supply and be billed for the next 3 months. To increase affordability and convenience of our program, we have divided the payments into monthly installments.

When you purchase the product you are committing to at least three months of payments for the first 90-day supply.

How much does the program cost?

Our pricing is currently $349/month, billed monthly, with a minimum three month commitment. Pricing may be subject to change after each three month billing cycle. Pricing can also vary depending on the dosing schedule.

Do I have to pay for medication separately?

No, our program costs include the cost of medication.

What about the doctor fee?

We have included the doctor fee as part of the medication. However, if the doctor disqualifies you from the medication you will still be charged the $50 doctor fee and refunded the remainder of your payment.

How do I get my medication? Do I need to go to a pharmacy?

Once you receive approval, our pharmacy partner will deliver your medication straight to the address you have provided.

My order came in different packaging than Qyral's red packaging. Why is this?

Qyral uses outsourced compounding pharmacies which may at times require their own packaging due to using sterile equipment and protocols specific to the pharmacy. This is especially true for compounds that require a very high sterile environment or cold packs. Therefore, your package may or may not be branded as Qyral depending on the items sent from the pharmacy. Rest assured, however, that we have taken great care to ensure that the products you received are of the same high quality that you have come to expect from Qyral.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are billed at $9.99/month. This charge partially covers the actual cost of shipping, since actual shipping rates vary from $38-$49 per shipment based on state and pharmacy due to overnight/air shipments that may need to be enclosed in refrigerated packaging.

How often will I receive my shipments?

Based on your state of residence, and the pharmacy servicing you shipments will range from 30 to 90 days. At a minimum you will receive one shipment with a 90-day supply, or a monthly 30-day supply.

How long before I get my first shipment of medication?

Upon approval with your Qyral-affiliated provider, your medication should ship within and estimated 10-15 business days after your prescription is issued by the doctor. This is a high demand product and these processing times are subject to change.

When will I receive my next (after the first) shipment of medication?

Shortly before the end of your first 90-days, there will be a follow up with your provider to monitor your progress and make any adjustments necessary. Your next shipment will ship within 10-15 business days following.

Will I also be able to purchase Qyral's skincare products if I sign up for weight loss?

Yes! Customers who sign up for the Qyral weight loss program can also purchase skincare products. At this time, your waived weight-loss doctor fee does not apply to your dermatologist fee.

What is the refund policy?

At Qyral, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. It is important to understand that our refund policy aligns with the regulations set forth by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the return of pharmaceutical products, specifically prescription drugs.

According to FDA regulations, once a prescription drug product has been dispensed to a patient by a pharmacy, it cannot be returned for resale or reuse. This policy is in place to maintain the safety and effectiveness of the product, as the controlled environment of the pharmacy ensures its quality.

Therefore, once a pharmacy has dispensed any of Qyral's prescription products and services, including our Weight Management and Skincare offerings, to a patient, these products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This policy is final and non-negotiable.

It is important to note that once you have received the prescription products, you are responsible for all associated costs, including any remaining payments if you have opted for a payment plan. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase decision and consult with your primary care provider before proceeding with any prescriptions.

We understand that individual situations may vary, and we strive to provide the best possible customer experience. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your specific situation, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. They will be happy to assist you and provide any necessary guidance.

What if I want to cancel?

Email to cancel. Please note that if you are within the three month payment term, your cancellation will go into effect after your three payments are collected.

My package arrived and there are items missing. What do I do?

If you have received a package with missing items, we understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. It is essential to follow a specific process to resolve the issue promptly. Here are the steps you should take:

1. Document the incident: As part of our protocol, it is crucial that you document the entire situation. We recommend taking a full video of the package opening process, including the outer packaging and inner components. This documentation will serve as evidence for the investigation that we will conduct.

2. Pharmaceutical partner requirements: We work closely with pharmaceutical partners who have strict guidelines in place to prevent any mistakes. They may request evidence of the incident, such as video footage or photographs, to support the investigation process. This is to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to rectify the situation.

3. Investigation process: Once you have documented the incident, we will initiate an investigation. This investigation may involve a review of the work stations where employees handle packages. Most of our partners have processes in place, including video footage, to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.

4. Timeframe for the investigation: It's important to note that the investigation process can take approximately 15-20 business days to complete. We understand that this may require some patience on your part, but rest assured that we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Responsibility for accidental disposal: If it is determined that the missing items were accidentally thrown out by the patient or recipient, it becomes their responsibility. We kindly request that you double-check your surroundings and ensure that the missing items were not inadvertently discarded.

6. Pharmacy responsibility: However, if it is determined that the pharmacy or our partners are at fault for the missing items, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, a new shipment will be promptly arranged for you once the investigation is complete.

At the end of the day, documenting the incident is crucial to ensuring a fair and thorough investigation process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team, and we will be glad to assist you.

How and when will my credit card be charged?

When you place your order, your credit card will be charged immediately. Additionally, after 30 days and 90 days from the initial charge, your credit card will be billed again. It's important to understand that regardless of when you actually receive your shipment, the billing cycle remains fixed at exactly 30 and 90 days.

Can I use my health insurance to pay?

We do not participate in any public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing programs, or similar forms of payment. The cost of the service is the sole responsibility of the clients. This allows us to provide the lowest cost for quality medication.

You will fill out a medical survey with questions that are then provided to a physician to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the medication.

Do I have to talk to the provider directly by phone or video call?

The telehealth physician then reviews and prescribes accordingly, if approved. It is not usually necessary to talk to the physician directly or by video call. In certain circumstances, the physician may need more information and will reach out by phone or email.
